Newcomer receives platform link via Migrationsverket welcome pack → browses language/domain-filtered navigator profiles → joins a 45-minute WhatsApp session with a shared-language navigator → completes specific tasks (books vårdcentral, submits form, makes a call) → returns for housing or school enrolment sessions. Region Skåne funds and distributes the platform link, provides the verified clinic database that populates navigator domain cards, and sets clinical triage boundaries within which navigators must operate.
